Slow Glow Metals
Slow Glow Metals is an artisan jewelry brand created by North Carolina based design Eva Kielczewski. Handcrafted in Raleigh, NC, her collections specialize in sterling and fine silver pieces that feature phosphorescent, glow-in-the-dark properties and light-catching gemstones, seashells, and resin.
Kielczewski’s designs fuse her academic background in marine science with her professional experience in laser imaging. Her work mimics natural optical phenomena and bioluminescence—resembling the glow seen in deep-sea plankton, jellyfish, and coral reefs. Heavily inspired by traditional Zuni and Navajo silversmith techniques, every item explores how light interacts with the lattice structures of carefully and ethically sourced stones.
